23rd St Violet Gin Sour

SERVES: 1 • TOTAL TIME: 5 MINUTES

Ingredients:

  • 60mL 23rd St Violet Gin

  • 30mL lemon juice

  • 15mL sugar syrup

  • 1 egg white

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (shake without ice).

  2. Add ice and shake very well.

  3. Strain into coupé glass.
