Avocado & Prosciutto Bites
MAKES: 24 • TOTAL TIME: 10 MINUTES
3 ripe avocados
Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
24 slices prosciutto
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Cut avocados in half and remove the stones. Scoop avocado flesh from skin and then cut each half into 4 slices.
Wrap each avocado slice in a slice of prosciutto.
Drizzle with a little balsamic glaze and serve imediately.
These are best made immediately before serving. If you want to make them ahead of time, drizzle the avocado slices with a little lemon juice before wrapping in prosciutto. This will help prevent the avocado from browning.
