Carpegna Avocado & Prosciutto Bites

TOTAL TIME: 10 MINUTES
3 ripe avocados
Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
24 slices CARPEGNA PROSCIUTTO
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Cut avocados in half and remove the stones. Scoop avocado flesh from skin and then cut each half into 4 slices.
Wrap each avocado slice in a slice of prosciutto.
Drizzle with a little balsamic glaze and serve.
