Carpegna Avocado & Prosciutto Bites

MAKES: 24

TOTAL TIME: 10 MINUTES

  • 3 ripe avocados

  • Juice of 1 lemon (optional)

  • 24 slices CARPEGNA PROSCIUTTO

  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

  1. Cut avocados in half and remove the stones. Scoop avocado flesh from skin and then cut each half into 4 slices.

  2. Wrap each avocado slice in a slice of prosciutto.

  3. Drizzle with a little balsamic glaze and serve.


NOTE: These are best made immediately before serving. If you want to make them ahead of time, drizzle the avocado slices with a little lemon juice before wrapping in prosciutto. This will help prevent the avocado from browning.
