Castello Creamy Blue Cheese Dip

SERVES: 4

TOTAL TIME: 45 MINUTES

  • 100g Castello® Creamy blue

  • 200 g crème fraiche

  • 1 - 1½ tsp ground cayenne pepper

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • zest of ½ lemon

  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Take the Blue Cheese out of the fridge half an hour before making the dip as this allows it to soften.

  2. Mix blue cheese with crème fraiche.

  3. Season with lemon zest, honey, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.

  4. Sprinkle a little cayenne pepper on top of the dip for an extra kick and serve with beet chips or blue corn tortilla chips.
