Darrell Lea Gingerbread Block House
Ingredients:
4x Darrell Lea Gingerbread Milk Chocolate Blocks
2x Darrell Lea White Chocolate Raspberry Bullets Blocks
1x bag of Darrell Lea Christmas Crunchy Chocolate Balls
1x bag Darrell Lea Christmas Liquorice
1x Darrell Lea Coconut Ice Slice
Icing Sugar
Pre-made butter cream
mini meringues

Directions:
Position 2 of the chocolate blocks as walls. For the smaller sides of the house, cut 2 blocks using a hot knife that’s been dipped in boiled water (make sure this is handled by an adult only!). Handy tip: Work slowly to avoid the block from breaking and cut the block at an angle to follow the pitch of the roof.
Melt the leftover chocolate on a low heat in the microwave, stirring regularly.
Using a combination of piped butter cream icing and melted chocolate, glue the chocolate blocks together.
Set in the fridge for about 45 minutes.
Decorate with Christmas Crunchy Chocolate Balls, Christmas Liquorice, Coconut Ice Slice and mini meringues. Finish with a dusting of icing sugar.
