Farmers Union Chocolate Mousse
TOTAL TIME: 15 MINUTES + 2 HOURS TO SET
200 g good quality dark chocolate, chopped
200 ml milk
¼ cup soft brown sugar, to taste
500 g Farmers Union Greek Style yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 punnet fresh raspberries to serve
handful toasted flaked almonds to garnish
Place chocolate, milk and sugar in a microwave safe bowl and cook on Medium (50%) for 4 minutes, or until chocolate has melted. Remove and stir well until smooth. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Whisk yogurt in a large bowl for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir the cooled chocolate mixture into yogurt until well combined. Add vanilla and adjust sweetness if desired. Divide mixture between 4-6 glasses or ramekins and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove mousses from fridge, garnish with fresh raspberries and almonds and serve.
