Fig & Bocconcini Caprese

SERVES: 10 • TOTAL TIME: 10 MINUTES

Ingredients:

  • 6 fresh bocconcini balls, sliced into rounds

  • 5 fresh figs, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 4 tbsp cranberry sauce

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. On a serving platter, layer bocconcini and fig slices, inserting basil leaves between each pair of slices.

  2. In a jug or small bowl mix cranberry sauce, honey, balsamic vinegar and pepper and drizzle over the bocconcini and figs.

  3. Serve immediately.
