Fig & Bocconcini Caprese
SERVES: 10
TOTAL TIME: 10 MINUTES
6 fresh bocconcini balls, sliced into rounds
5 fresh figs, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh basil leaves
4 tbsp cranberry sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
On a serving platter, layer bocconcini and fig slices, inserting basil leaves between each pair of slices.
In a jug or small bowl mix cranberry sauce, honey, balsamic vinegar and pepper and drizzle over the bocconcini and figs.
Serve immediately.
