Julie's Meredith Dairy Goat Cheese Tart
MAKES: 1 TART
TOTAL TIME: 40 MINUTES
1 sheet of puff pastry
200 mL of cream
150 g of crumbled MEREDITH DAIRY MARINATED GOAT CHEESE
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp chopped Chives
2 tbsp chopped Parsley
Salt and pepper
Handful of spinach, chopped, or peas (optional)
Preheat oven to 190ºC.
Grease a loose-bottomed tart tin and line with puff pastry.
Mix all ingredients together (including spinach or peas if desired) until well combined.
Bake in the oven for around 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the middle of the tart has set.
