Mary's Kouzina Tirokefteri (Spicy Feta Dip)

Ingredients:

  • 150g Feta cheese

  • ½ red capsicum

  • 1 long red chilli

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Chopped parsley and chilli flakes to garnish

Directions:

  1. Roughly chop red capsicum and chilli.

  2. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend still smooth.

  3. Transfer to a bowl for serving and refrigerate for an hour or so to firm.

  4. Decorate with fresh parsley and chilli flakes, followed by a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
