Mary's Kouzina Tirokefteri (Spicy Feta Dip)
Ingredients:
150g Feta cheese
½ red capsicum
1 long red chilli
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Chopped parsley and chilli flakes to garnish
Directions:
Roughly chop red capsicum and chilli.
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend still smooth.
Transfer to a bowl for serving and refrigerate for an hour or so to firm.
Decorate with fresh parsley and chilli flakes, followed by a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
