Oyster Feature: Oysters Asia

MAKES: 24 • TOTAL TIME: 10 MINUTES

Ingredients:

  • 1cm piece of ginger, finely grated

  • 4 chives, finely diced

  • 1 tbsp gluten free soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp caster sugar

  • 24 oysters

  • 50g salmon caviar, to serve

Directions:

  1. Put ginger, half the chives, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and sugar in a bowl and let marinade for 5 minutes.

  2. Place oysters on serving dish.

  3. To serve: pour dressing over oysters, sprinkle with remaining chives and add salmon caviar.
