Oyster Feature: Oysters Asia
MAKES: 24 • TOTAL TIME: 10 MINUTES
Ingredients:
1cm piece of ginger, finely grated
4 chives, finely diced
1 tbsp gluten free soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp caster sugar
24 oysters
50g salmon caviar, to serve
Directions:
Put ginger, half the chives, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and sugar in a bowl and let marinade for 5 minutes.
Place oysters on serving dish.
To serve: pour dressing over oysters, sprinkle with remaining chives and add salmon caviar.
