Oysters with Gin, Lime & Chilli
SERVES: 4 • TOTAL TIME: 10 MINUTES
Ingredients:
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp lime zest
60mL gin, chilled
½ tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp mirin
1 tsp caster sugar
½ red chilli, finely diced
24 oysters
Directions:
Add lime juice and zest, gin, ginger, mirin, sugar and chilli to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Spoon mixture over oysters immediately before serving.
