Proper Crisps Prosciutto, Ricotta & Thyme Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 150g Proper Crisps Marlborough Sea Salt

  • 70g prosciutto

  • 150g ricotta cheese

  • 2 tbsp runny honey

  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

Directions:

  1. Arrange Proper Crisps Marlborough Sea Salt crisps on a platter.

  2. Top with a small piece of prosciutto and a dollop of ricotta.

  3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme leaves.

Proof that less can be more, golden potatoes are hand-cooked, then dressed in a smattering of Marlborough sea salt harvested from Lake Grassmere. Deliciously simple, and simply perfect.
