Raspberry Passionfruit Float
SERVES: 2 • TOTAL TIME: 10 MINUTES
Ingredients:
90mL gin
30mL red vermouth
30mL raspberry liqueur
30mL lemon juice
15mL egg white
Ice
For the Garnish:
1 passionfruit, halved
Fresh berries of your choice (raspberry/ blueberry/ blackberry)
Fresh mint leaves
Directions:
Place all cocktail ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until frothy.
Strain to remove the ice and then shake again before pouring into a chilled glass.
Garnish with half a passionfruit filled with the fresh berries and finish with mint leaves.
