Raspberry Passionfruit Float

SERVES: 2 • TOTAL TIME: 10 MINUTES

Ingredients:

  • 90mL gin

  • 30mL red vermouth

  • 30mL raspberry liqueur

  • 30mL lemon juice

  • 15mL egg white

  • Ice


For the Garnish:

  • 1 passionfruit, halved

  • Fresh berries of your choice (raspberry/ blueberry/ blackberry)

  • Fresh mint leaves

Directions:

  1. Place all cocktail ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until frothy.

  2. Strain to remove the ice and then shake again before pouring into a chilled glass.

  3. Garnish with half a passionfruit filled with the fresh berries and finish with mint leaves.
