Red Sangria

SERVES: 8

TOTAL TIME: 5 MINUTES

  • 750 mL dry red wine

  • 200 mL Cointreau

  • 250 mL freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 45 mL sugar syrup

  • Few dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • Fresh seasonal fruit

  1. Add all ingredients to a jug.

  2. Add ice and chill.

  3. Allowing the fruit to steep in the fridge for a few hours prior to serving will maximise the flavour.
