Simple Syrup
Ingredients:
Equal parts sugar and water
Directions:
Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes clear.
Store Simple Syrup in the fridge and use within 2 weeks.
