Simple Syrup

​

Ingredients:

  • Equal parts sugar and water

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan.

  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and then reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes clear.

  3. Store Simple Syrup in the fridge and use within 2 weeks.
