Strawberry, Walnut & Parmesan Salad
SERVES: 2 • TOTAL TIME: 15 MINUTES
Ingredients:
3 cups baby spinach
400g strawberries, sliced
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
¼ cup parmesan cheese, chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 teaspoons white Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
Directions:
To make the dressing, add olive oil, white balsamic vinegar and honey into a small jar. Screw lid on and shake vigorously. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, add baby spinach, strawberries, walnuts, parmesan cheese and gently toss together.
Divide the salad between two plates and drizzle with the dressing. Enjoy.
