Go Rewards is the new home for rewards where you will soon see many of your favourite loyalty programs. In order to access and take advantage of the Supa Reward program, you will need to download the app and become a Go Rewards member.

Our Stock Up & Save program, where you receive 10% off of purchases over $100, has been replaced by our Stock Up & Earn Program.On the first Thursday of every month you will now receive 10x points on that shop for purchases over $100. E.g. You will receive 1,000 points for a $100 shop (and receive a $10 Supa Rewards credit to use on a future shop).

Yes, the Seniors Discount will remain the same and separate to Supa Rewards.You will still receive 5% discount every Wednesday, when you show your Seniors card.

Each time you make a purchase scan your Supa Rewards digital card at the checkout. Access your Supa Rewards digital card in the Go Rewards App or in your Apple Wallet / Google Pay (if you have downloaded it there).You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.You will have the opportunity to earn additional points by activating your Weekly Boosters in the app. To accumulate the extra points, you will need to open the Supa Rewards page in the Go Rewards app to activate your offers and then purchase them in store...don't forget to scan your Supa Rewards digital card. The extra points will be added to your account once you have made the purchase.

Member Bonus Offers are exclusive to Supa Rewards customers and are the quickest way to accumulate points. Members are given discounts in the form of extra points on nominated products which are added to your points balance and can be later redeemed as credit.Member Bonus Offer are updated regularly, so remember to keep an eye out in store.

Supa Rewards Credit will be automatically issued to you every time you reach 1,000 points. You may receive a notification if you have enabled them.To redeem, simply identify yourself as a Supa Rewards member at checkout and request to use your available Supa Rewards credit.Your rewards credit must be redeemed in full $10.00 amounts – partial credit usage will not be allowed.

If you don’t have your Supa Rewards digital card with you, you won’t be able to earn points on your transaction.Tired of missing out on points? Did you know you can link your Supa Rewards digital card to your credit card using Auto Earn? This means that you earn points automatically whenever you pay with that linked credit card, without having to scan your Supa Rewards digital card.

The Go Rewards app is designed so that each person in your household has their own account and Supa Rewards digital card.

Supa Rewards is a digital only loyalty program. You can access your Supa Rewards digital card from within the Go Rewards app or, from your Apple Wallet / Google Pay.If you have an existing physical Supabarn Rewards card, you can continue to scan it at the checkout. However, you will still need to download the Go Rewards app and add Supa Rewards in order to see your points balance, redeem credit, and access personalised offers.
