  • What is Go Rewards?
    Go Rewards is an app that will soon have all of your favourite loyalty programs within it. Our program, Supa Rewards, is the first to launch in it!
  • Why is the Supabarn Rewards program changing?
    We wanted a program that would better reward our loyalty customers and the new technology from Go Rewards allows us to provide offers that will help you earn points more quickly and easily!
  • Will Supa Rewards be available at all Supabarn stores?
    Supa Rewards will only be available at Supabarn Corporate stores. These are located at: ACT: Casey, Crace & Kingston • NSW: Annandale, Gymea & Sans Souci.
  • Will I still get 10% off on the first Thursday of every month?
    Our Stock Up & Save program, where you receive 10% off of purchases over $100, has been replaced by our Stock Up & Earn Program. On the first Thursday of every month you will now receive 10x points on that shop for purchases over $100. E.g. You will receive 1000 points for a $100 shop (and receive a $10 voucher to use on a future shop).
  • Will I still receive the 5% Seniors Discount every Wednesday?
    Yes, the Seniors Discount will remain the same and separate to Supa Rewards. You will still receive 5% discount every Wednesday, when you show your Seniors card.
  • How do I earn points?
    Each time you make a purchase scan your Supa Rewards card at the checkout. Access your Supa Rewards card in the Go Rewards App or in your Apple wallet / Google Pay (if you have downloaded it there). You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. You can also earn more points by using the ‘Boosted Offers’ on the app. Simply select Supa Rewards in the Go rewards app, select ‘Boost’ on the weekly specials that interest you, and then purchase them in-store...don't forget to scan your Supa rewards card. The extra points will then be added to your account!
  • What is a 'Member Bonus'?
    'Member Bonus' products are our highest rewards on offer and are exclusive to Supa Rewards customers...they best way to earn points fast! With "Member Bonus' products, Supa Rewards customers are given discounts in the form of points (i.e $20.00 back in points = 2000 points) which is converted into x2 $10 vouchers to spend on future shops. 'Member Bonus' products are updated regularly, so remember to keep an eye out for them in store.
  • How do I use my 'Voucher'?
    A 'Voucher' will be automatically issued to you every time you reach 1000 points. You may receive a notification if you have enabled them. To redeem, simply open the app, select the 'Voucher' you wish to use and scan it at the checkout. Vouchers can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. Change will not be given for the amount left on vouchers.
  • I forgot to scan my Supa Rewards card, can I still earn points?
    If you don’t have your Supa Rewards card with you, you won’t be able to earn points on your transaction. Make sure to add your Supa Rewards card to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay so you always have it available on your mobile phone.
  • Can I share my loyalty card with my household?
    The Go Rewards app is designed so that each person in your household has their own account and Supa Rewards card.
  • Can I have a physical Supa Rewards card?
    Supa Rewards is card-less, digital loyalty program. You can access your Supa Rewards card from within the Go Rewards app or, from your Apple Wallet / Google Pay. If you have an existing physical Supabarn Rewards card, you can continue to scan it at the checkout. However, you will still need to download the Go Rewards app and add Supa Rewards in order to see your points balance, redeem vouchers, and access 'Boosted Offers'.
  • What do I do if I've experienced a problem using my Supa Rewards card in-store?
    Email us at reward.cards@supabarn.com.au with a picture of your receipt, your Supa Rewards card number, your contact details and we will look into it!
  • How do I share feedback about the Supa Rewards program or the Go Rewards app?
