Pisco Sour

SERVES: 1 • TOTAL TIME: 10 MINUTES

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml pisco

  • 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1 fresh egg white

  • bitters, to finish


Directions:

  1. Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white into cocktail shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously, for about 10 seconds.

  2. Add ice to shaker and shake again until well-chilled, about 10 seconds.

  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with 3-5 dashes of bitters.
